Honest feedback from my team

I recently introduced a new patient intake process at our healthcare company. I believed it would make life easier for both staff and patients — fewer forms, smoother check-ins, better data tracking. I was so excited, I barely slept the night before the rollout.

But after a week, I could tell something was off. Team meetings were quiet. People nodded politely, but I sensed hesitation in the hallways. I asked directly a few times, “How’s it going? Any issues?” Everyone just said, “It’s fine,” or “We’ll get used to it.” Deep down, I knew they weren’t telling me the whole story.

That’s when I decided to try Honestli. I invited my team to share anonymous feedback through the platform. Within a day, I received honest, detailed input: the new process was slowing down urgent cases, confusing nurses during shift changes, and even causing some data errors.

Was it hard to read? Yes. But it was also exactly what I needed. I was able to fix the problems quickly and even involve the team in redesigning the workflow. For the first time, I felt like I was really hearing them — no sugarcoating, no fear.

That honest feedback made the process stronger and our team closer. Without Honestli, I might still be wondering in the dark, thinking everything was “fine” while frustration brewed underneath.
